💸 Track 1 : Financial Resources

• How might we help residents find and apply for financial help quickly and clearly?

🏛️ Track 2 : Civic Transparency

• How might we make government information easy to see, understand, and respond to?

  Tips:

  • Select one government touchpoint (notice, form, update, meeting)
  • Focus on interpretation and response, not policy reform

NOTE : Technology is a tool, not the solution. Submissions will be evaluated on clarity of problem definition, user impact, and feasibility not technical complexity.
